As ugly as a raven,
As beautiful as a rose,
It's wings take flight as it comes and goes.
People deny it,
Need it though,
Embraced with care or treated as foe.
As mighty as a lion,
As fragile as glass,
Many banish it others let it pass.
As light as a feather,
As heavy as lead,
To many it brings joy to many it brings dread.
As ugly as a raven,
As beautiful as a rose,
Hope's wings take flight as it comes and goes.

Less than a minute poems

I wrote this for music in thirty seconds.

Winter Forest

Green pine trees stand tall,

As the snow gently falls.

All time is lost,

Amongst the winter frost.

On March 1st it was my Dada's birthday so I wrote him a letter

Dear Dada,

It has now been 11 years of you taking care of me. I have been looked after well under your care and you have been kind and understanding to me all that time. You have made me work hard in my school work to get top grades and you have been patient with me when I refuse to work. You have understood my feelings when no-one else has and when I don’t know what to do you are always by my side. Whenever I’m in a jam you’re always there with a spoon to fish me out. When my world is broken you’re always there with a pot of glue to stick it back together. Whenever I’m sad you always find a way to make me happier again. You have worked hard to take care of me and make me happy. I appreciate that so much it’s not possible to express in words, or even anything. I want to become as brainy as you and you are my inspiration along with Mama. Without you and Mama I would be as lost in life as a needle in a haystack. Now the time has come when the world rejoices and laughs out loud in joy. For today is the day when it is your birthday. It has been forty years and we need to celebrate this special day. I love you a lot Dada, probably more than you think I do. Happy Birthday!!! J
